I have been painting and drawing since I can remember.

I grew up with a father that is an Ocular Prosthesis, someone who makes and hand paints artificial eyes for those who have lost them. I saw dad painting so often I naturally wanted to do the same.

Despite being divorced my parents share one common love, and that is for plants. I also grew to appreciate flora and fauna, they tend to be a lot of my subject for art.

My art is a little bipolar, it reflects different moods and feelings. An experiment of mediums, techniques and emotion on different canvas’. So much so that you probably won’t be able to recognise my art. This is something I was once very self-conscious of. And for a while I did try hard to fit a mould but why should we limit ourselves? Art is too wonderful to stick to any one genre, medium, style ect. I genuinely love it all. One day I wake up and I feel like doing some observation sketches with a simple greylead, other times I want to make a rainbow abstract with pastels, the next day its acrylic paint on a canvas, trying to paint on denim, the list goes on.

All my art keeps me sane, my mind healthy and my imagination ignited.
